Refund policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, reach out to us by email within 30 days of delivery to discuss your refund options.

RETURNS

Items can be sent back to us within 30 days from the date of delivery. The returned merchandise must be in its original condition. This means the item is new, unaltered, and all original packaging, tags, and accessories are included. Your order confirmation number will also be required.

Item Condition: Items must be in unused, brand-new condition with original tags and packaging

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Get in touch: Please email support@vaidan.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Package your item: We'll provide a prepaid shipping label for you to attach to the outside of the box
3. Ship it: Follow the instructions that we send you to return the goods.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We cover the shipping cost.
• All other reasons (e.g., change of mind): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

REFUNDS

Upon us receiving and checking your returned item, we will issue your refund within 7 working days to the original method of payment. 

EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchanges for returns. Instead, we ask that you return your original item for a full refund and place a new order for the item you want.

SALE ITEMS

We cannot offer a refund on items that are purchased at a discounted price or during a sale. Please note that any special orders are non-refundable and non-cancelable once they are shipped.

RESTOCKING FEES

We do not charge any restocking fees.

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please make sure that you have entered the correct shipping address. We cannot honor incorrect addresses.
